Busia United earned their first season victory of the FUFA Big league after registering that hard fought 1 – 0 win over Kampala side, Artland K at the Busia Municipal play grounds on independence day.
There were victories for Rwenzori group teams; Ngora Freda Carr over Kumi (1- 0) and home victories for Baza Holdings and Jinja Municipal Council over CRO and Paidah Balck Angels respectively.
The FUFA Big league resumes on Sunday, 12th October 2014 with 6 games, 2 in the Rwenzori group and 4 in the Elgon group.
